TMNT Neo- Barney Stockman

This is a picture of a character from my Marvel/Power Rangers/TMNT fanfiction story world.
This is a picture of Barney Stockman, the twin brother of Baxter Stockman.
Like his twin brother Baxter, Barney is a genius, but rather the specialize in robotics like his brother, he specialized in Bio-chemistry, working for a pharmaceutical company. He has discovered many uses for retroviruses and other mutagenic chemicals that can produce specific and desirable mutations that can help eliminate diseases and disabilities.
When his brother Baxter was mutated into a fly by exposure to Mutagen Ooze, he went to his brother Barney for help. Eager to help cure his twin of his disfiguring mutation, Barney tried to work on a retro-mutagen, but when he couldn't get the desired results, Baxter kidnapped both Donatello and April O'Neil in order to coerce them to help work on the retro-mutagen. When the other Ninja turtles came to rescue their captured friend and brother, a fight broke out and the lab caught on fire. In the ensuing fight, Barney was trapped under burning rubble and badly injured. Rescued by Baxter, his twin used his knowledge of robotics and some of Barney's work on medicine to heal his brother, using advanced robotics to replace his injured body parts and augment his damaged organs. Now a cyborg, Barney was resentful of his fate, but still hoped to one day cure his brother. He lashed out at the turtles, initially blaming their rescue attempt at disfiguring him, he initially fought the turtles, but eventually agreed to a truce and helped finish a limited supply of Retro-Mutagen to help cure his brother and a limited number of other individuals adversely effected by the Mutagen Ooze who did not adjust well to their new forms.
